These Terms govern the use of products and services provided by OriginDataLab Co., Ltd.
Products and Services
Origin Data Lab provides traffic video datasets, metadata packages, evaluation packs, and custom data collection services.
License
Datasets are licensed, not sold. Customers may use purchased datasets for internal evaluation, research, proof-of-concept, and model development unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Restrictions
Customers may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or sublicense the datasets without written permission from Origin Data Lab.
Digital Products and Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase for eligible digital dataset products.
Because our products are digital datasets and related digital files, refund requests may be reviewed based on delivery status, access status, download status, product usage, and the reason for the request.
Refunds may be approved where the product was not delivered, the delivered product is materially different from its description, there is a duplicate charge, or a technical issue prevents reasonable access to the purchased digital product.
Refunds may be refused in cases of fraud, refund abuse, misuse, excessive downloading, violation of license terms, or where the product has been substantially accessed or used.
If your payment was processed by Paddle, please request a refund using the link provided in your Paddle receipt or through Paddle buyer support. You may also contact us at contact@origindatalab.io and we will assist with the refund review process.
This policy does not limit any consumer rights or statutory refund rights that may apply under local law. Where Paddle’s buyer terms or applicable law provide stronger buyer protections, those terms will apply.
No Warranty
Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Origin Data Lab does not guarantee that datasets will meet every specific customer requirement.
