Quality Summary — Evaluation Preview This document describes how data quality is controlled and validated during collection and preparation. All values and processes below reflect the evaluation pipeline used during PoC and production delivery. 1. Capture Consistency - All footage is captured using fixed camera placement and configuration per collection profile. - Resolution, frame rate, and field of view are locked per batch. - Audio is removed or muted at source to avoid unnecessary data noise. 2. Segment Integrity - Videos are segmented using deterministic rules (fixed duration with optional overlap). - Each segment maintains temporal continuity with adjacent segments. - Segment IDs preserve ordering to allow reconstruction of original sequences. 3. Metadata Validation - Metadata is generated at the segment level. - Required fields are validated for presence and format. - Environment tags reflect observable conditions only (no inferred intent). 4. Quality Control Signals - Segments are checked for: - Camera obstruction or severe motion blur - Severe exposure issues - Broken or corrupted frames - QC flags are recorded per segment when applicable. 5. Privacy Handling - Faces and license plates are blurred consistently across frames when required. - Raw continuous footage is preserved internally but shared only under explicit agreement. 6. Evaluation Scope - PoC data represents a structurally complete subset of production delivery. - Quality processes remain identical between evaluation and production. - No manual cherry-picking is performed for evaluation samples.
